1. Why is the shipping time so long?

Please read carefully so that you can understand what goes on behind the scenes after you placed an order with us.

Day 1

Our system notified us of your order immediately and we will wait 24 hours for the payment to be confirmed. 

Day 2

All our items are built to order. This means that we create each item from scratch when you order them. We will send your order to our Artisans located in China, UK and USA depending on the product.

Day 3 to 5

Our Artisans proceed to create your product. 

Day 6

Our Print Partners print the shipping label and proceed to send the product to one of our selected delivery couriers.

Day 7

Our delivery courier proceeds to conduct procedural checks to make sure your parcel passes all international regulations.

After which they will determine which is the best way to get it to you.

Day 8

Your parcel gets into a delivery truck and makes its way to the airport.

Day 9 to 13

Your parcel either arrives in your destination country or may be in transitory countries depending on how the delivery courier determines the route for delivery.

Day 14 

Once it arrives in your country, your parcel goes through customs. 

Day 15

Your parcel is transported from the customs to a sorting center to determine the best last mile delivery route.

Day 16 to 20

Your parcel gets delivered to you.

***Please note that the above scenario is just an estimation. Actual delivery times depend on a whole lot of other factors. As much as we would like to reduce the shipping times, most of the time it is out of our control once the parcel is with the delivery courier.
